In Honour of World Suicide Prevention Day
A presentation and discussion evening will be held in the Talbot Hotel Wexford. County Wexford has consistently been reported as having one of the highest suicide rates in Ireland. The aim of the evening is to explore new and creative ways, to lessen people’s emotional pain, that too often leads to self-harm and suicide.
Together we can expand the topic of suicide beyond the static and stigma-based dialogue we have at present. The evening event will be sponsored by The Talbot Hotel and Pettitts SuperValu.
The evening will be supported by local organisations and community groups.
